In order to survive- and thrive- companies today must adapt to constantly changing conditions, new opportunities and threats.

When a team or organisation has a renewed level of confidence in being able to travel well through transition collectively, it is extraordinarily empowering.

It enables an acceptance that there will be challenges, new learning and ways of doing things and at times it might be tough. Change is here to stay we all need to get better at it and embrace the opportunities that it presents.

The modern workplace has many emotional stresses- professional, interpersonal and internal pressures. Continuous change can be fatiguing and can add stress to a team. It can also bring about greater connection and be an opportunity to engage strengths in a team in a new way.

In this workshop we:

• Discuss the big picture - life, work and the fast pace we live in.
• Discover the change scale- micro, organisational and macro.
• Timeline reflection and key changes as experienced by the team incorporating those on the horizon.
• The power of curiosity as a positive emotion during change.
• Group evaluation of the pros and cons of the change and reflection on what will remain the same.
• Apply the 4 phases of Appreciative Inquiry to a change you are experiencing?
• What questions do we need to ask? And what if the answers are unknown?
• The social fears that emerge during change and why are ego's can get bruised and how to temper this.
• Discover your personal communication style under stress and the collective group overview.
• Explore the 3 keys to Positive Communication and how this practice can positively influence relationships and gaining clarity during the change process.
• Proactive focus - Circle of concern vs circle of influence (Stephen Covey)
• Change = Innovation + Courage What additional changes may occur in the future
