A positive and empowering, research-rich virtual training workshop designed to support brain fitness and mental agility.

Our work and homes have become more intertwined, and there seems a common catchcry that ‘ there is no time to think ’.
While the world has enforced a slowdown, it has been quite chaotic with new ways of working and communicating for many. Our super busy, super-productive lives mean every waking moment is filled to the brim with activity. For some, zoom meeting after zoom meeting is taxing.

With various complex tasks, problem-solving and careful communication, even the notion of being time-poor can add additional stress. This, in turn, can further compromise mental performance.
