Claudia is a qualified teacher and trainer (BA DipEd) with a postgraduate qualification in Coaching Psychology (MSc CoachPsych). She has over 25 years of experience training and facilitating in workplaces, schools and organisations.

Claudia is particularly interested in the role of mindfulness, resilience, positive psychology and sustainable performance in the workplace. Core themes throughout her career have been facilitation of learning, accessing creativity, and building sustainable environments where people can develop to their best.

Facilitating groups is a common thread throughout her life, and she is passionate about finding ways to connect and deliver training and coaching that is energising and powerful for the client.

The Master of Science in Coaching Psychology is an articulated postgraduate program that teaches the applied science of human performance enhancement and coaching. This program provides students with a sound grounding in the theoretical and methodological aspects of coaching and coaching psychology as an applied positive psychology, and teaches fundamental applied coaching skills.
